Our second in the innovation-insights series with Donald Soo explores the concept of the metaverse.

There has been much hype about this concept. It is interesting to note a Forbes article ( March 10, 2022) commenting on the concept:

“Since Facebook changed its name to Meta, the term has been in decline in relevance as Facebook has not presented a coherent vision for the concept, nor any of its blockchain competitors”.
