New imageFORCE Series

Canon has introduced the imageFORCE series, a line of multipurpose gadgets intended to ‘Make Business Move’. The series, which is integrated with the AI Genie Connector, uses AI-driven classification to automatically collect important information and provide searchable indexes that can support handwritten documents. The solution transforms document management and improves workflow efficiency by automatically classifying resumes, contracts, bills, invoices, and more with a straightforward scan or file import.

AI-assisted predictive maintenance is a feature of the imageFORCE series, which uses cutting-edge machine learning to continuously monitor and assess device performance in real-time. This clever feature greatly expedites maintenance and reduces unplanned downtime.

Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) are also used in the cutting-edge D2 Exposure technology, which produces a print resolution of 4,800×2,400 dpi with clear text and brilliant colors. The new series, which supports energy-efficient technology and sustainable design, offers a safe and adaptable printing experience with HID cards and facial recognition identification integrated with the cloud-based print management system, uniFLOW Online.

The imageFORCE series has strong defenses against increasing cyberthreats, such as activity logs, malware protection, and SIEM interoperability with third-party solutions for real-time threat detection and response. In order to protect sensitive data at every level of document management, the series now includes Security Environment Estimation, which analyzes the operating environment and makes recommendations for the best security settings.

AI Genie 2 Optimizes Business Performance with Advanced Intelligence

AI Genie 2 performs complex logical thinking and causal reasoning across numerous data sources by utilizing agentic AI and MCP integration. Businesses may stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing digital era by utilizing modern AI to make better decisions by acquiring deeper insights and enabling a potent synergy between automated operational operations and intelligent document analyses.

AI Genie 2 uses state-of-the-art artificial intelligence to process and understand complicated data. Its integrated chatbot rapidly conducts in-depth analysis in response to user prompts, presenting the results in easily comprehensible comparison tables or visualising the summary in a variety of data visualisations. AI Genie 2 efficiently optimises the workflow in many areas of an organisation by answering their unique questions thanks to knowledge bases that are customised for each department, such as the sales, legal, finance, and human resources departments. Additionally, it has the ability to intelligently extract keywords, vital dates, and crucial information from a variety of file types, making document searches easier and alerting the appropriate staff to significant dates.

AI Genie 2, automates the hiring process to a great extent, as an example. First, it helps department heads by filling up recruiting request forms and automatically creating job descriptions. AI Genie 2 automatically evaluates resumes based on candidates’ qualifications, experience, expected salary, and other factors after HR receives the request and gathers resumes for the open position. After that, the AI assistant automatically invites the best candidates, suggests appropriate interview questions, and scores the applicants in easily understood tables and graphs. Additionally, the solution seamlessly integrates with HRM systems, making it easier to onboard employees following the selection of candidates.

With accurate two-way matching, AI Genie 2 optimizes accounts payable in the finance department. It intelligently contrasts invoices and purchase orders, highlighting any differences for prompt examination. By automatically creating invoices using information from the purchase order and sending them to the appropriate recipients later, the intelligent AI assistant also expedites accounts receivable. Both applications reduce turnaround time and greatly increase data accuracy.
